What to Expect

Step 1: Complimentary 20-Minute Discovery Call

Clients begin their journey with a discovery call, during which the therapist assesses their needs, goals, and desired outcomes. This is an opportunity to learn how these therapies can help.

Step 2: 50-Minute Initial Consultation

The consultation delves deeper into the client’s challenges and desired transformation. A tailored plan is created, preparing the client for a personalized session.

Step 3: 120-Minute RTT® Session

  • During the session, the therapist will:

  • Identify the Root Cause: Explore subconscious beliefs contributing to challenges.

  • Reframe and Transform: Shift limiting perspectives to positive ones.

  • Create a Tailored Transformation: Using hypnosis to instill lasting change.

Step 4: Personalised Transformation Recording

Each client receives a 15-minute audio recording to reinforce changes. Daily listening for 21 days ensures the transformation takes root.

Step 5: Follow-Up and Coaching Support

Follow-up sessions or coaching are available to support ongoing progress, helping clients maximize results and maintain their transformation.

How many sessions are needed?
